Goddard City Council meets the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at Goddard City Hall, 118 N. Main
The City of Goddard is a city of 2nd Class and has adopted the Mayor-Council-City Administrator form of government. The non-partisan council consists of the mayor and five council members who receive support from a local planning commission and a dedicated city staff.
